Peach Daiquiri


This drink is a cuban drink that is now known all around the world. It is very rich and the fruit makes it great for summer or to feel like summer in the winter! If you don´t have fresh peaches you can also use peaches in syrup, but be careful with the sugar beacause they already have.


  • 3 peaches
  • 1 ½ cups ice
  • 3 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 2 measures white rum
  1. Peel the peaches and cut them in pieces. Prepare the lemon juice.
  2. Use a blender to prepare the drink. Place the ice, the peaches, the sugar and then the lemon juice and the rum. Blend everything together until the ice is broken and the daiquiri looks “frozen”.
  3. To serve you can wet the edge of the glass with lemon juice and put sugar on it and add a straw.


Daiquiri de durazno

Esta bebida es un trago cubano que ahora es conocido en todo el mundo. Es muy sabroso y la fruta lo hace grandioso para el verano, o para sentirse en verano en el invierno! Si no tienen duraznos frescos pueden utilizar duraznos en almíbar pero tengan cuidado con el azúcar porque ya traen.


  • 3 duraznos
  • 1 ½ tazas hielo
  • 3 ctas azúcar
  • 1 cta jugo de limón
  • 2 medidas ron blanco
  1. Pelar los duraznos y cortarlos en trozos. Preparar el jugo de limón.
  2. Usar una licuadora para preparar la bebida. Colocar el hielo, los duraznos y el azúcar, luego colocar el jugo de limón y el ron. Licuar todo hasta que el hielo quede bien picado y el daiquiri quede “frozen”.
  3. Para servir se puede mojar el borde del vaso con jugo de limón y ponerle azúcar y agregarle un sorbito.
